By using or paying for Pumacc’s VPN service, you agree to these terms. Any material changes to these terms will be communicated via a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days prior to taking effect. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service (note: no refunds will be provided—see “Refund Policy” below).

The Service

Our VPN service encrypts your internet traffic and replaces your IP address with one of our shared IP addresses. This helps protect your privacy by masking your identity and breaking any direct link between you and your online activity.

We do not track, monitor, log, or collect any personal or usage data. No identifiable information is retained or linked to any user or activity.

We block certain ports (such as TCP port 25, and ports 137–139 and 445) to prevent spam and known vulnerabilities. DNS requests (port 53) may be intercepted solely to prevent DNS leaks and protect privacy.

We do not filter websites, inject traffic, or alter your data.

Access to the Service

To use the service, users must activate a subscription and use our VPN configuration on their preferred client (e.g., WireGuard®, OpenVPN).

Each paid account may be used on only one (1) device at a time. Simultaneous use on multiple devices or sharing the service with others is strictly prohibited.

You may not resell, share, or use the service to operate a VPN business or provide access to others.

We do not issue usernames, emails, or passwords—your account key or token is your sole access credential. If lost, we cannot recover it.

Payment

We accept payments via cryptocurrency, privacy-respecting digital payment platforms, and select third-party services.

We do not collect, store, or associate payment details with accounts. Payment data is never linked to VPN usage.

Once payment is confirmed, the service is immediately activated and begins counting down. We reserve the right to change pricing in the future with notice provided.

Refund Policy / Complaints

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Since we do not track, store, or link any personal or payment information to your account, we have no way to verify or trace payments made to us. Therefore, all payments are final.

If you experience service issues, you may contact our support team at support@pumacc.com, but no compensation or refund will be issued.

Privacy

We do not collect or retain any personal data.
We do not log, track, or analyze any usage.
We do not know who our users are.

Payment processors (e.g., cryptocurrency platforms or other third parties) may collect data under their own policies, which we do not control. Please review their privacy policies separately.

Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the service.

We do not condone illegal activity and do not take responsibility for any consequences of unlawful use. By using our service, you agree not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction or ours.

We assume no liability for:

Any misuse of the service
Any legal claims or investigations arising from your actions
Any content accessed, shared, or downloaded

Use of our service is entirely at your own risk.

Disclaimers

We reserve the right to update or modify our software or features at any time. While we aim to provide reliable service, it is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability or uptime
That the service will meet your expectations
The accuracy or security of third-party content accessed through our service

You are responsible for using the service in a way that complies with all applicable laws and technical limitations.

Applicable Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
